  • Acted as one of the convenors in one month Value Education Programme in 14 workshops on 'Human Values and Development of Integrated Personality' for Students continuously for seven years in BHU, Malaviya Bhawan under the auspices of Malaviya Center for Value Education, BHU, Varanasi.
  • Acted as one of the Members of the Core Committee Group of Malaviya Centre for Value Education for Organizing 3 workshops on "Human Values and Human Competencies for Corporate Excellence" from 2007-2010.
  • Organized One Special Lecture on Swami Vivekanand's Birthday i.e., 12 January, 2008.
  • Assisted in publication of a journal with the name 'Mulya-Vimarsha' from 2008 onwards.
  • Acted as Guest of Honor in the inaugural ceremony of 'University Educators Conference', organized by Brahma Kumari at Mount Abu, May 13 - June 3, 2014.
  • Acted as a Resource Person in All India Seminar on 'Education for Enhancing Ethics & Excellence' "AISEEEE-2015", organized by Faculty of Management, Pacific Academy of Higher Education & Research University, Udaipur, January 11-12, 2015.
  • Acted as a Resource Person in a National Seminar on 'Integrating Ethics and Values in Higher Education', organized by Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, Udaipur, January 18, 2010.
  • Submitted a proposal as Vice Chancellor of MGS University to the Governing Body for establishing a Malaviya Centre for Value Education at MGS University, Bikaner, Rajasthan and could get it approved by the Governing Body in 2016.
  • Greatly contributed to the Promotion of Value Education in India. Conducted Several Workshops on Value Education at Different Institutes such as RRL, Bhubaneshwar; NML, Jamshedpur; NTPC, Kahalgaon; NTPC, Unchahar; Technical University, Lucknow. Spoke on 'The Significance of Value Education' in a number of West Zone and All India Vice Chancellors' Conferences.
  • Published a number of research papers on Value Education.
